Register/Pay Online
Be sure to log onto avonsports.org/soccer, click the SIGN UP button and register and pay for travel soccer 2013-2014 season.
Upload player picture onto registration site
Please note it is a requirement to upload your player picture at the time of registering for travel. The uploaded picture is used to create player pass.
Print forms and bring to Evals
Select and print the forms below, complete the Registration form and the medical release form and bring to evaluations.
New Uniforms Ordering and Payment
Avon Travel Soccer is switching to a new uniform for the fall/spring season. Be prepared to complete an order form during evals. We will have example uniforms for players to try-on. Also, payment is required at the time of ordering. Make checks payable to Avon Soccer.
Attend Evals
Your player is required to attend evaluations. See website for evaluation schedule.
Travel Soccer and CCJ
All Avon Soccer players by age, U11 and under, are required to participate in Avon Travel soccer in order to participate in CCJ. This includes all players born on or after August 1, 2002
